In this session, we will have an open conversation about moving to and using a cost recovery model for services and equipment that we provide to our schools. Ideally, I would look to share ideas and experiences (both good and bad) and perhaps provide some insight and inspiration to take control of your budget and open avenues to lessen the burden we all face. Aiming for this session to be more of a conversation than straight presentation the entire time. As this might be a sensitive topic, I would opt out of having it recorded to promote a more frank discussion.
